Structured
The same 18 statements, the same seven categories, every organization, every window.
How it works
Every organization gets one permanent link and sends it to its families.
Two questions about your player, seven short sections of rating questions, then two optional comment boxes. 3 minutes.
Entering that code is what makes your response count.
The organization you reviewed sees its averages and the themes in its comments. It never sees who wrote what.
18 statements across seven categories, 3 minutes to answer.
- Communication
- Player development
- Coaching quality
- Culture and environment
- Family experience
- Organizational leadership
- Overall experience
For organizations
A confidential summary of how your families answered, category by category, with the themes from their written comments.
One link, sent to your families. There is nothing to install, no roster upload and no account to manage.
Their identity is never displayed publicly, and you never see who wrote what. They are told that before they answer and again before they submit.
Our goal isn't to create another place for complaints or anonymous ratings.
Who is behind this
They built this because the people who live a season are the people nobody asks.
